Online booking

Before you even step through the door, we have guidance.

Online booking is the easiest way to reserve your spot—whether you’re planning ahead or checking availability last minute. Just hop onto our website, pick a time that works for you, and lock in your session.

The inside scoop: Prime time slots (like evenings and weekends) can fill up fast, so if you have a favorite time to sauna and cold plunge, book in advance to guarantee your spot.

A waiver will hit your inbox an hour before your session. Make sure you sign it before you head our way to get your hot and cold fix as soon as you’re ready to.

Parking & accessibility

First things first: where to park.

Parking

If you’re traveling by car:

  • From Downtown Nashville: Head south on 4th Ave S. The studio will be on your right.

  • From I-65 South: Take Exit 81 for Wedgewood Ave. Turn left onto Wedgewood Ave, then left onto 4th Ave S. Continue north; the studio will be on your left.

We’ve got dedicated spots nearby, so you won’t have to do laps around the block looking for a space. See our parking map to plan your ride in.

Accessibility

Whether you’re coming straight from the gym, work, or just rolling out of bed, getting to (and moving throughout) Framework is easy. The studio is 100% accessible, with a ramp entrance, elevators to the 2nd floor, and accommodations throughout our locker rooms and wet areas.

Studio practices

There are a few guardrails to keep in mind while you're studio-side.

Showering

Do you need to shower before you enter The Core? Yes, a pre-sauna rinse is a must. It preps your skin, removes any lotions or sweat to keep our cold tub water clean, and helps your body adjust to temperature changes.

Post-plunge and sauna showers help regulate your body temperature before you step back outside. An insider tip—Cold showers have been shown to increase dopamine levels by 250%. That post-plunge rinse might just be the mood-boost you were looking for.

The Café

We take ‘Sweat, Shiver, Socialize’ very seriously—our space is one where health meets connection.

Instead of going out after your exposure workout, visit The Café on the second floor of the studio, Nashville’s first non-alcoholic café.

Featuring handcrafted zero-proof cocktails, tea sodas, espresso drinks, draft non-alcoholic beer, kombucha, and healthy snacks—as well as collaborations with local partners like Bitter Earth Libations, Crema Coffee, and Radish Kitchen—a meaningful, health-enhancing social experience is yours for the taking.

Crush your first visit.

Now that you’re in the know, all that’s left to do is show up. Step into the heat. Take the plunge. …And, have a lot of fun doing it. Craving an even deeper dive into Framework FAQs? We have the bases covered. Have other questions? Ask our team when you arrive or reach out before you head our way.
