Studio Pilates, Sweat, Shiver
Experience the essence of Studio Pilates Nashville, with sauna and cold plunge to follow, with this beginner-friendly Mat Pilates class, hosted at Framework’s Flagship studio. This class is designed to welcome both new enthusiasts and seasoned practitioners. The 50 minute pilates session focuses on utilizing Studio Pilates’ contemporary approach to the classical mat repertoire to enhance stability, core strength, and flexibility, and also includes guided cold plunge and sauna following class. Prepare for a comprehensive workout that not only challenges your body but also leaves you feeling rejuvenated and perfectly aligned!
Wear and/or bring your swimsuit along with yoga/workout clothes (no shoes needed!). Mats available or bring your own. We'll have everything else you need, including hydration, hot traditional sauna, multiple cold tub temperatures, hydration/fuel, towels, and locker rooms.

Framework Fitness: SR5
SR5 at Framework is a unique 5-part experience designed to help you sweat, shiver, stretch, socialize, and recover. Led by familiar Framework faces Avery Kuhn (CPT, CES) and Bekah Matta (CAT) this class blends guided mobility work with contrast therapy in the sauna and cold plunge.
You'll improve your range of motion, support recovery, and build resilience through strategic movement and breathwork. After the sessions, enjoy a laid-back social vibe with the Framework community in the sauna and/or cold plunge. SR5 is part of your weekly reset—equal parts challenge and chill. Before you leave, stop upstairs to grab a protein snack and electrolyte beverage at The Framework Café!
