Nashville’s First Sound Bath Pod Has Arrived
Nashville’s first vibroacoustic sound bath experience is here—designed to calm your nervous system, sharpen your focus, and transform how you recover.
The SAVA Sound Pod by TERSA.
Meet the SAVA Sound Pod at Framework
In April 2025, Framework became one of the first permanent installations of the SAVA Sound Pod—a state-of-the-art sound healing experience that blends vibroacoustic therapy, neuroscience, and immersive soundscapes to reduce stress, improve sleep, and support brain health.
This offering is a natural extension of our mission: helping people feel better, think more clearly, and live with more intention using short, powerful wellness tools.
Hot and cold still form the foundation. Now, sound completes the loop.
What is a sound bath, really?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you're “bathed” in layers of vibration and tone. Traditionally, these experiences rely on instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to soothe the nervous system and support deep relaxation.
Sound meditation has ancient roots in cultures around the world—from Tibetan singing bowls to Indigenous drumming ceremonies—and today, it's a growing practice backed by emerging science. Studies show that sound frequencies can help regulate mood, reduce anxiety, and ease the mind into a parasympathetic (rest and recover) state.
But not all sound baths are created equal. That’s where SAVA comes in.
Introducing the SAVA Sound Pod
Unlike any other sound bath in Nashville, the SAVA Sound Pod is a patented vibroacoustic platform that doesn’t just play music to your ears—it tunes your body like a radio signal. It’s science-backed, and sensory-forward, developed by Ray Kelly, a rehab and pain management expert with 20+ years of experience, in collaboration with Nick Littlemore (Empire of the Sun, PNAU, Cirque de Soleil), who serves as SAVA’s musical director. You’ll lie in a sleek, human-sized pod as curated sound frequencies pulse through you at a cellular level, producing full-body vibration and spatial sound immersion.
Sessions are available in two guided modes:
Calm — grounding, regulating, and relaxing
Create — energizing, focusing, and mentally clarifying
Each 22–44 minute session stands alone or pairs perfectly before or after a sauna or cold plunge. Once inside, you’re enveloped by vibration, frequency, and a dynamic soundscape crafted to quiet your mind and shift your state.
Why offer sound at a sauna and cold plunge studio?
Heat and cold are powerful stressors that train the body to become more resilient. But recovery only happens when we return to balance. That’s where sound therapy thrives—shifting the body out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and restore.”
SAVA uses sound to accelerate recovery, sharpen focus, and bring the nervous system into a grounded, relaxed state. Paired with contrast therapy, it completes a full-spectrum recovery model: stress, release, recovery, repeat.
“It’s another powerful, bite-sized tool our members can use weekly to support clarity, recovery, and overall well-being,” says Framework Founder Allen Penn.
Trusted by the best
The SAVA Sound Pod is already in use by world leaders in performance and recovery—from UFC, AMAN Resorts, and the Four Seasons, to US Soccer, the U.S. Air Force, and Ohio State University.
And now, Nashville is part of it.
The SAVA Sound Pod at Framework opens to the public Monday, April 28, with exclusive early access for members the weekend before. Each session allows up to 10 guests. Whether you’re decompressing post-plunge or stopping by just for the sound journey, this is your invitation to reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
