Wedgewood Houston (Flagship)
Our original studio—the largest in Nashville. Designed from the ground up for peak performance and high design, featuring seven traditional saunas (both social and silent) and thirteen commercial-grade cold tubs with solo and shared options spanning 35–60°F. Full-service locker rooms with indoor showers, changing areas, and secure storage make every visit easy and comfortable. The experience extends outdoors, where a patio sauna, cold tubs, and seating let you soak in fresh air between rounds. Supplement your heat and cold practice with a visit to The Café, a SAVA Sound Journey, or one of our private rooms—each with its own sauna, tub, rinse shower, and lounge space.
East Nashville (Backyard)
Our newest location. Focused practice, affordable cost, same Framework feeling. Fully outdoor and designed for neighborhood ease, with a social 190° sauna that fits up to 12 and four cold tubs (solo and two-person) at multiple temps from 40–60°F—a range we’ve set the standard for in Nashville. Outdoor showers keep the flow going between rounds, while changing rooms, lockers, and bathrooms inside a fully remodeled historic 1900s home offer comfort and privacy when you need it. Breezy and social, Backyard hosts fitness classes and events to round out the experience.
