Nashville’s sauna and cold plunge studio launches first specialized series, Framework Fitness

Introducing Framework Fitness. Our new series of recurring, guided workouts—centered around mobility, power, flexibility, breath-work practices and more—are paired with a sauna and cold plunge session. All at the same price or membership credit and booked as normal. All at your favorite outdoor social studio, right in the heart of Nashville, TN.

Introducing Framework Fitness

Hot. Cold. Sweat. Shiver. The building blocks of our foundation. And while we believe deeply in the stand-alone exposure workout, it turns out more might be more in the world of sauna and cold plunge at Framework.

Our large outdoor studio has centered the social component of the practice. But we know through our own past experience—as well as current trends in health and fitness—that sauna and cold plunge are often used immediately before and after specific physical activity. And we know that workout variety is key.

Why not join them in a single class?

Our new series of recurring, guided workouts—Framework Fitness—is centered around mobility, power, flexibility, breath-work practices and more. All classes are paired with a sauna and cold plunge session—all at the same price or membership credit and booked as normal. 

Now hot and cold can be the constant in your routine while you build a network of complementary workouts around them. 

Currently, Framework Fitness is in our schedule once or twice a week, with the ability to sign up for weekly yoga and bi-weekly bodyweight mobility. One-off classes are in the works, too. As we move into our Flagship location later this year, expect the schedule to also include sauna talks, meditation, seminars, and indoor and outdoor small group classes. Our goal: If you're a Forge or Fortify member at the studio, your access to hot and cold will now also include multiple guided workout options as well as our classic Sweat, Shiver, Socialize sessions—all for the same price.
